HaMoked is an Israeli human rights organisation with over 30 years experience providing free legal aid to Palestinians in the occupied territories. HaMoked assists residents of the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza to access their rights in a wide range of areas, including freedom of movement, residency and social rights, the right to family life and property, and protections for minors in detention. HaMoked also conducts public interest litigation to change Israeli policy to better protect human rights.
